About us

Arterial provides an overview of where to go and who to see on the Arts scene for the Waikato. Effectively your virtual art map for getting to the heart of the arts in the Waikato.

Arterial started life as a way for visual artists to find one another throughout the Waikato. It has evolved into a guide to places you can visit to get your regular visual arts fix. The site is currently administered by Arts Waikato - a private charitable trust established to facilitate the development, support and promotion of the Arts throughout the Waikato region.
